Teen makes statement at human rights commission

The teen falsely accused over the rape and murder of Seya Sadewmini in Kotadeniyawa, made a statement before the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka today. The 17 year old boy and another individual who was also falsely accused over the murder, appeared before the Commission to make a statement. Japan to extend US$801,311 for demining in North
