Cab services, three-wheel hire to resume operations

Cab services and three-wheels on hire will resume operations from today (Monday).

The police said that three-wheel hires can resume with no more than two passengers.

Meanwhile, cabs can also be taken on hire with no more than three passengers (two at the back and one in front).

All vehicles on hire can only be used for passengers to travel to work and back.

PickMe, a taxi hailing service said that it was resuming operations in areas where the curfew has been lifted as well as in areas where movement for official purposes is allowed. (Colombo Gazette)
