Sri Lanka is to review the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) Resolution which Sri Lanka co-sponsored in September, 2015.
Foreign Minister Dinesh Gunawardena said that the new Government, which took office last week, will review the Resolution titled ?Promoting Reconciliation, Accountability and Human Rights in Sri Lanka’.
Gunawardena expressed these views after assuming duties at the Foreign Ministry today.
The new Foreign Minister said that the new Government will also review all controversial bilateral agreements signed with other countries.
