  1. I wish to withdraw my comment re: these parasites being more suited to loin cloths and working in paddy fields. On appearance most of these fat ***** wouldn’t be able to do a days work. It is interesting that in a country where the poor are wondering where their next meal is coming from, food doesn’t seem to be in short supply in the parliamentary cafeteria.

It is oxymoronic to talk about corruption free good government and have Wimal and Dullas in it. The President must think the electorate are morons and can be treated with contempt.

And, love the look of Dinesh Gunawardene. He has the look of someone who will find all affairs foreign !

Memo to the President : When you pose for future group photos, make sure you don’t have the biggest thieves in your government standing directly behind you. It is not a ‘good-look’! Also, if you don’t keep a tight reign with good oversight on this motley crew, I can already state without any fear of contradiction; OUR DREAMS have already ended, and the Nightmare has just begun.

  2. With the recycling of all these unqualified political rejects, any pretence of good, honest or transparent government has become a mirage on the distant horizon.

Even the most charitable person on reading the list of cabinet members, would come to the conclusion that most of them should be in loin-cloth working ia paddy field rather than ministerial positions.

WE have to accept that corruption and self-interest are ingrained cultural traits, and no philosophy or relegion will ever change that.
