Ranil wants winning formula from UNP Presidential candidate

United National Party (UNP) leader, Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe says he has asked for a winning formula to be presented by anyone wanting to be nominated as the UNP Presidential candidate. Tamil Nadu politician Kanimozhi Karunanidhi, daughter of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Muthuvel Karunanidhi, has had talks in Colombo with the Government and others. Mahendran extradition request sent to Singapore

The extradition request for former Central Bank Governor Arjuna Mahendran has sent by the Foreign Ministry to the Sri Lankan High Commission in Singapore, the Attorney General?s office said.
