Hundreds of Tamils in Sri Lanka commemorate war victims

Hundreds of Tamils in Sri Lanka, including some in Colombo, commemorated the victims of the war between the military and the LTTE, especially those killed during the final stages of the conflict. Commemoration events were held in Wellawatta, Batticaloa, Jaffna and Mullivaikal. The event in Mullivaikal saw hundreds attending and mourning the victims of the war.
