Standard Chartered Sri Lanka became the first and only bank to be certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work® in Sri Lanka. The Bank earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in an anonymous survey, evaluation of people practices,and a comprehensive Culture Audit conducted by Great Place to Work Institute. The certification was handed over recently in Colombo.

The survey provides detailed employee feedback to the company through the Trust Index© survey and Culture Audit©. Each company is required to meet the minimum score based on a global threshold set by the principals in the USA.
