Artificial rain tested successfully over the Maussakele Reservoir

Sri Lanka today successfully tested artificial rain for the first time in the country over the Maussakele Reservoir, the Power and Energy Ministry said.

The Ministry said that an Air Force aircraft was used in the test resulting in around 45 minutes of rainfall.

A special team of engineers from Thailand assisted in the entire operation.

  1. I agree, my country isn’t really environmentally friendly. 99.99% of the people I know focus is looking good, not living good. But they don’t realized that looking good won’t last if you are not healthy. Humans are the first to die if any natural disasters occurs. We are destroying our planet/homes and doesn’t seem to care. The trees can live without us, but we can’t live without them.
