Aloysius and three others ordered to appear in court

Perpetual Treasuries Limited (PTL) owner Arjun Aloysius, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Kasun Palisena and two others have been ordered to appear in court on January 28th.

The order was issued by the Colombo Chief Magistrate today.

Arjun Aloysius and Kasun Palisena were granted bail by the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court earlier this month in the case over the Central Bank treasury bond scam, after nearly a year in remand prison.

Among the bail conditions, both Aloysius and Palisena were barred from traveling overseas. (Colombo Gazette)
