A Nutty January at Hilton Colombo

As another year dawns, Hilton Colombo is planning on going nuts with their seasonal produce, focusing on a variety of nuts.

The lounge and bar; L.A.B and Café Kai will present menus that will include a range of cakes, cocktails a mocktail and dessert.  A variety of nuts will be used to bring out the different flavors.

At Café Kai you could pick up a delicious Nutty Caramel Fudge or a Brandy Harlem with mix Nut Crunchy or even an Espresso Cashew Delight. The Pistachio Nutty Bar lavishly laden with nuts and the Pralines and Truffles are a must try says Pastry Chef Ranjith.  From the bakery there are the almond pistachio croissants, cashew & raisin Danishes, hazelnut & chocolate Danishes and the vanilla walnut muffins that will make an ideal breakfast treat.

Try out the Raspberry Pistachio Velvet with Pistachio Mousse and Raspberry Compote at the L.A.B and in addition there are refreshing nut infused cocktails and a mocktail that you can enjoy, namely; Nutty Berry, Silver Dragon and Hazelnut Cherry Espresso.
