Shooting in Kadawatha, one person killed another injured

One person was killed and another person sustained injuries following a shooting incident in Gonahena, Kadawatha. The police said that the person killed was a 46 year old man.

No official song to mark President’s one year in office

Secretary to the President P B Abeykoon says no official song was released to mark the one year completion of the democratic governance under the leadership of President Maithripala Sirisena.
