The Karnataka high court has dismissed two writ appeals by the ministry of defence, challenging a decision of the single bench which ruled in favour of an Army Major who wanted to marry a Sri Lankan woman. Increased safety measures for Colombo night race

Increased safety measures will be in place for the spectators and participants at the Colombo Night Race next month, organizers said today. The Colombo Night Race will be held at Fort on Saturday December 15th with the qualifying rounds the previous night.
