Some clauses of 20-A require referendum and 2/3rd majority

Some clauses of the 20th Amendment to the Constitution will require a referendum and 2/3rd majority in Parliament, the Supreme Court has determined.

The determination of the court was presented to Parliament today.

The 20th Amendment to the Constitution was presented to Parliament by the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP).
