President rejects 35 age limit to operate passenger three-wheelers

President Maithripala Sirisena has rejected the 35 age limit to operate passenger three-wheelers.

The Transport Ministry had decided to impose the age limit when issuing licences to operate passenger three-wheelers.

Transport Minister Nimal Siripala de Silva had said that the age limit will apply for new applicants to operate passenger three-wheelers.
