US concerned over human rights abuses

The United States (US) says it continues to be deeply concerned by allegations of violations of international humanitarian law and human rights in Sri Lanka. Tamara out, Dissanayaka new envoy to Cuba

Sarath Dissanayaka, the former Director General of the Publicity Division of the External Affairs Ministry, has taken up the appointment as Sri Lanka’s Ambassador to Cuba and also accredited to Argentina.
