Another eight Tamil detainees released on bail

Another eight Tamil detainees arrested under the Prevention of Terrorism Act (PTA) were released on bail today. The detainees were released on Rs. 1 million surety bails and ordered to appear before the Terrorist Investigations Division (TID) every other week.
