Police announce guidelines for travel from tomorrow

An office Identification (ID) or some form of document in electronic form from a place of employment will be mandatory for anyone travelling to work from tomorrow in areas where the curfew will continue. Sri Lankans stuck in Malaysia brought back home

A group of Sri Lankans stranded in Malaysia were brought back home this evening (Sunday). SriLankan Airlines flew back 178 Sri Lankans who were stranded in Malaysia on a special flight. The media unit of SriLankan Airlines said that the 178 Sri Lankans arrived on UL 315 this evening. (Colombo Gazette)

Keheliya insists he never defended the LTTE

Former Minister Keheliya Rambukwella today insisted that he never defended the LTTE through a statement he made to the media.
