US quits UN human rights council accusing it of being biased

The US has pulled out of the United Nations Human Rights Council, calling it a “cesspool of political bias”. Oman Post has announced that it will temporarily stop receiving any mail to be sent to Sri Lanka, “due to unforeseen circumstances”.
