Zuma and Mangala hold brief meeting

South African President Jacob Zuma and Foreign Minister Mangala Samaraweera have had a brief meeting at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA). The Foreign Ministry said that Samaraweera had welcomed Zuma and the BIA when the former was on his way to China and his plane had made a stopover at the BIA. New committee to decide on State appointments
