Court order says SAITM students can register with SLMC

The Court of Appeal today issued an order stating that medical students of the SAITM private university can register with the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC).

The Court of Appeal issued the order after a case was filed by a SAITM student.

The Inter-University Students’ Federation (IUSF) and the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) have been opposing moves to give recognition to SAITM students.

I Cannot agreed with Supreme Court verdict, it against Medical Council norms ,that life of people of all Sri Lankan. Indeed Crux of matter is Money and merits of intelligences, therefore SC has fail to realized on ground of metrist .

SC mind-set that back by influence of Money-oriented policies. That is also not that rational thinking of Capitalism.

Supreme court is not taken an accountability of life of people of Sri Lankan at all. The issue is life and death of Human being .
This not an entrance of Medical College or obtain Medical degree ,is matter of principle of human life.

No body take accountability of life of people even Supreme Court ruling is wrong ,that cannot agreed.
