Resident visas for foreigners investing minimum of 300,000 USD

The Government has decided to give resident visas for foreigners investing a minimum of 300,000 USD in Sri Lanka.

Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake said that 2-5 year resident visas will be offered to the investors.

    Current Govt. has thirsty of money needed to run day to day administration of country..

    We want set policy of an Investment to provide Visa grant paying US $ 300,000 at once.
    Without such long-term policy is quite impossible to attracted foreign investors by grating US $ 300,000 is seems to be the carrot stick of un-plain an investment promotions by MOF.

    This will leads end up with failure of old drama.

    This is random decision of cash thirsty programmed of Govt. that suddenly manipulated by MOF.
