No traditional group photograph with the President

There was no traditional group photograph of the new cabinet with President Maithripala Sirisena today. The new cabinet took oaths before the President individually in a room at the Presidential Secretariat. The cabinet then met for a brief cabinet meeting with the President and left. Fuel price formula to be reintroduced

The fuel price formula is to be reintroduced, new Finance Minister Mangala Samaraweera said today. The formula was introduced by?Samaraweera when he was Finance Minister earlier. China donates 90 water bowsers to Sri Lanka

China donated 90 water bowsers to Sri Lanka, further strengthening the friendship between Sri Lanka and China, the President’s office said.
