Summons re-issued on President, PM in Tissa case

Summons were re-issued on President Maithripala Sirisena and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe today in the case against former UNP General Secretary Tissa Attanayake. The President and Prime Minister were scheduled to appear in court today but court was informed that the President and Prime Minister were unavailable today. Joint cabinet paper to be submitted on LNG plant

A joint cabinet paper is to be submitted on establishing a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) power plant, Minister of Petroleum & Petroleum Gas Chandima Weerakody said.
