Indian intel on Sri Lanka

16 Aug, 2013

An Indian intelligence report has found that some Pakistani elements are using Sri Lanka to enter India and may pose a threat.
Times Now TV reported that it had got an intelligence report stating that Lashkar-e-Toiba, Tehrik-E-Taliban and LTTE elements may also join forces.
However the Minister of State in the Ministry of Home Affairs of India R.P.N Singh had told the television station that he has no information on the matter.
The Indian TV report said that Indian intelligence has suggested that a close eye be kept on Tamil chauvinistic elements in India as well as those with a Sri Lankan background. (Colombo Gazette)
