Menon to meet the TNA

Indian National Security Adviser Shiv Shankar Menon, who arrived in the country this afternoon, will meet the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) during his short visit.
TNA MP M.A. Sumanthiran said that the meeting will take place this evening in Colombo.
Menon is also scheduled to meet President Mahinda Rajapaksa for talks tomorrow and Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa today.
The main purpose of his visit is to have discussions on regional maritime security and sign an agreement with Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
However he is expected to also discuss issues on the 13th Amendment to the constitution during his meetings with the TNA and the government. (Colombo Gazette)
