Two killed, one injured in Kilinochchi

Two people were killed and one person was injured following an accident at Kilinochchi this morning, the police said.
A three-wheeler heading to Kilinochchi from Nedunkerni collided with a private bus heading towards Vavuniya from Vishwamadu near the 155th mile post at Kilinochchi.
The police said that a husband and wife who were in the three-wheeler were killed in the accident. The bodies of the two victims were taken to the Kilinochchi hospital.
The victims were identified as 66 year old Vishwalingham Deivendrakumar and his 58 year old wife.
The driver of the three-wheeler sustained serious injuries and was admitted to the Kilinochchi hospital and then?transferred?to the Jaffna hospital for further treatment. (Colombo Gazette)?
