Two suspects have been arrested over the abduction and murder of businessman?Sakeem Sulaiman from Bambalapitiya. The two suspects are aged 22 and 23, the police said. Ganja to be ferried to Sri Lanka seized in Tamil Nadu

The Indian Coast Guard seized ganja buried in sand off Rameswaram coast in Tamil Nadu which was be ferried to Sri Lanka, the Press Trust of India. Wimal’s brother Sarath Weerawansa arrested by FCID

Sarath Weerawansa, the brother of former Minister Wimal Weerawansa, was arrested by the police Financial Crimes Investigations Division (FCID) today.
